Dear Authors,
For many of you the acquaintance with Booknet started from downloading our application. That resulted in perceiving us by a huge number of people first and foremost as an app rather than a site.
Should you ask any successful author on the platform, what version of the platform they usually use for writing their books, they always answer the same: desktop website.
Our applications for Android and iOS were designed for readers. Most of the key features we offer for writers are fully absent in-app. That includes but is not limited to detailed read/sales statistics, statistics by parts, writing posts in blogs, changing the status of the book, removing the book, and commercial account features (including ads).
We do plan to add these functions in the future. But this is not going to happen anytime soon since we have higher priorities to take care of. Therefore, we urge all authors to use our desktop website – booknet.com – for all writing-related purposes.

Log inI use desktop it's good and I prefer it, but there are few problem's in uploading pic, I really want another option of uploading book covers, Maybe more options can make few changes but it will be convenient for use, hope you consider this.

I am a new author and I have not started my book yet because I can't access the site.
Though I use google and operamini to check out booknet.com it gives the same features that the app gives to me. Is it because I have the app.

although I love using the desktop website because of the various options it provides, everything is well laid out,
but sometimes time I get the urge to publish with my phone instead of the website, I absolutely prefer the website, because you get to see so many things or pages at a time, but the phone version it's just one at a time and it can erstwhile be frustrating.

The desktop version is awesome! Especially the statistics by part and availability of changing the text style and alignment, which I haven't seen on any other platforms.
If possible, can you add a chapter comment feature? Also, we are facing some issues with adding the images in the chapters and chapter update notification which we hardly get. The rest is unbelievably awesome!

We're considering adding a separate comment section under each chapter for quite some time. Recently we introduced chapter rates. Hopefully, comments will become reality too in the future.
Readers receive a notification about an update of a book in their library only if the author adds 20k+ characters in one instance. By the way, a book climbs to the top of the library whenever at least 500 characters are added.

For writing I don't usually use the desktop feature but for reviewing or publishing and blogging, I preferably select the desktop feature and it's great!
Whenever I write I use desktop version is much more easy!
