Our story begins...

There is no more important day in a werewolf's life than when a youth takes true wolfskin for the first time. Their lives and world are changed forever in this anticipated moment of extending their snout to the moon.

To the pack, she has come in among them, no longer a wolfling but a trusted and respected member of their extended family—a female to broker stronger bonds between the houses of Men and Werewolf through an alliance of marriage.

Madadh listened outside the council chamber as they discussed the upcoming change in clan structure. After her turn, she would no longer have to sneak into the belfry above the meeting to eavesdrop. She would take her rightful place at her father’s side.
