Mel didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. Her thoughts are swaying back and forth again. Before they got married, she firmly believed that she should just make the best out of it. She decided that she’ll commit to the marriage. Be his wife and be a mother to their child. But now… she couldn’t muster the same energy and conviction. She feels bad about her situation again. She kept thinking about her rough plans before she learned she’s pregnant. It really derailed her emotionally. She was unprepared. Right now, she’s feeling lost again. No direction of where she wants to go, what she wants to do with her life. She’s feeling a bit of anger and a large dose of helplessness. It’s utterly depressing. This persisted for days until she found herself crying at night.
