Hi guys I don't know about others but this has always been on mind, I really think we writers should be able to support and help one another, let's talk about the following, as writers we need to follow one another to be able to know more about each other or even learn where we are lacking. Again about book rating, I think we all should help one another in rating our books, everybody deserves to be complimented on a hard work, I don't know about you guys but its not easy to write, think about when you will be racking your brain to get a great response or to put up a nice conversations between the characters in order to glue your readers to the book, it's not easy, everybody deserves appreciation in a little work. We are all writers, we strive for the same goal to make our readers happy but it doesn't only have to be that, we should always be there for one another, to help the newbies in perfecting their work, support and cheer ourselves for our work is not easy, the readers might not understand the point I'm trying to make here but as writers, I'm pretty sure you all do..

Log inI couldn't agree more; this is a very well thought out and well-done post. Authors should get the chance to learn from one another and make people happy with their work. It's not easy, but we live, and we learn, and this could be an excellent chance for these opportunities to happen~

I'll glad you've decided to reach out. One thing every author can do is look at their Followers list. On Litnet as an author you are not permitted to follow readers but if you look through your list. You will see who the authors are as they will have a number next to the book icon if they have a work published.
I follow every author in my list that follows me.

Hi, I agree with you. LitNet is a small community, we all should stick together and help each other grow. There are so many experienced writers who are willing to help. But you have to show interest first. The ratings, sharing, and comments are a nice way to reward the authors' hard work. I personally have only positive experience since I joined this community.
