Description of book "Deadly Desires"

She immediately halted her movements and turned around to survey her surroundings. The strange voice reappeared just as she was about to turn around. She felt a tremor come over her now. Having no idea who was here made her a little scared as well.

When her eyes fell on a corner, she felt that someone was standing there. When she reached a corner, she opened the sliding door, revealing a set of stairs leading to the roof.

"This house is extremely secure; if someone enters, the alarm goes off. There is no one here; maybe that was just my hallucination."

She mumbled to herself and was about to leave when a hand suddenly appeared in front of her, grabbed her arm, pushed her hard against the wall, and placed a hand over her mouth.

"Don't make any noise"
