I absolutely don't understand their mother. Which mother will want one of her own daughters to look ugly just so it doesn't affect the other daughter and why so much secrecy? They r twins, otherwise it wud seem like Ava was her real girl and Ell an adopted one. Mother's love is mostly same for all her children, no point in so much mistreatment for one child and sooouch love for another.
