Evan F. Cihlar

Evan F. Cihlar is a high school student at Archbishop Hoban High School interested in business, history, and political science. Currently, Cihlar is writing a book on the Evolution of American Political thought, where he analyzes the Constitution and how it has been interpreted throughout American history. Throughout his high school career, Cihlar has taken a large interest in international relations and American history, sparking his interests in the Constitution and American history.
