Güzelcehisar Castle, standing tall on the rugged shores of the Black Sea, holds not only historical significance but also a legend passed down through the ages. This legend revolves around the mysterious tunnels said to stretch from the castle to the sea, their secrets still unsolved.

Once upon a time, a just king lived in this castle. Beloved by his people, the king had a daughter renowned for her extraordinary beauty. However, their peaceful and serene life changed abruptly, much like the unpredictable waves of the Black Sea. One day, pirates anchored their ships near the shore, preparing to attack the castle. In panic, the townsfolk looked to their king for a solution, and he began searching for a way to save them.

The king found hope in a story he had once heard from an old sage. According to the tale, a secret tunnel stretched from the castle's depths to the sea. However, its exact location had been lost to time, leaving its existence uncertain. Determined, the king ordered his soldiers to find the tunnel. After much searching, they uncovered it hidden behind a stone door.
