Long ago, when the Black Sea coastline was dotted with ancient fortresses and kingdoms, Güzelcehisar Castle stood as a stronghold of one such realm. It was a place of power and protection, but it would also become the stage for a heartbreaking love story.

The young prince of the castle, known for his bravery and kind heart, often gazed out at the endless waves of the Black Sea, dreaming of something beyond his duties. During one of his journeys to a neighboring land, he met a beautiful young woman, the daughter of a rival kingdom's ruler. Despite their families' enmity, the two fell hopelessly in love.

Their love blossomed in secret, hidden from the watchful eyes of their families. But as time passed, the prince could no longer bear to be apart from his beloved. He devised a plan to bring her to Güzelcehisar Castle, where they could be together, far from the reach of their feuding families. Under the cover of darkness, he helped her escape her homeland and brought her to the castle, where they swore eternal love to one another.

For a while, the couple lived in blissful secrecy, hidden within the thick stone walls of Güzelcehisar. But their happiness was short-lived. The young woman's family discovered her absence, and when they learned of the prince's actions, they were furious. They gathered their forces and allied with others who bore grudges against the prince's kingdom. Soon, an army arrived at the gates of Güzelcehisar, demanding the girl's return and threatening destruction if their demands were not met.
