The Legend of Bloody Moon and Güzelce Fortress

Güzelce Fortress is a historic building in Istanbul, near the Bosphorus. It was built during the time of Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror. But Güzelce Fortress is not only famous for its history. It also has a mysterious story. This story is called The Legend of the Bloody Moon.

A long time ago, there was a small village near the fortress. The villagers traded with ships passing through the Bosphorus. One night, the sky became very dark, and the moon turned red. The villagers thought this was a bad sign. That night, strange things happened in the village.
