From the north, a young man in a black robe led a group of strong individuals. He appeared to be in his early twenties and had a harmless appearance, but the aura around him revealed him as a young genius. Lin Mo had learned from their conversation that this slightly inexperienced young man came from the Mu Family in the Eastern Province, one of the primary enemies of Lin Mo and Mu Tian.

From the south came Li Tianyi, one of the four great Spirit Kings alongside Qin Shuang at the Ten Thousand Phoenix Ancient Courtyard. He wore a dark blue flowing robe, and though he didn't have a particularly handsome face, he exuded a certain air of determination and spirit.

Finally, Lin Mo saw familiar faces approaching from behind, Qin Shuang and Chen Xi. However, neither Du Ruohui nor Tang Qin were with them.

"You all came together this time," Lin Mo commented, his eyes narrowing slightly.

"Are you Lin Mo?" Mu Che asked as he surveyed the scene. Then his gaze shifted to Nine Lives and Mu Ruodie, and when he saw the ethereal beauty of Mu Ruodie, he couldn't help but exclaim, "Mu Family's Divine Maiden is truly a beauty. If I could capture her and make her my wife, that would be great."

Mu Che's words, however, made Li Tianyi frown. "Mu Shao, that's not appropriate. We have plans to extract the Phoenix Blood from her, so please abandon such thoughts."

Mu Che snorted. "Heh, you guys need to have the ability to do that first. I'm not someone you can boss around. Today, I'm here to kill this brat, and if anyone dares to interfere, I'll deal with them."

Li Tianyi sneered, "Don't worry, you can do as you please. We won't interfere."

Simultaneously, a dagger with a chilling light appeared in Mu Che's hand as he moved at lightning speed towards Lin Mo's chest.

Qin Shuang smirked, and a hint of arrogance crept into her voice as she replied, "Lin Mo, you don't need to sow discord here. No matter what Mu Shao does, it's all part of our plan after we kill you."

"Fine," Lin Mo said with a smile. "Let's stop the bickering and get on with it. Who among you is brave enough to face me in a one-on-one fight?"

"Young man, you should know your place," Mu Che said with a sneer, still not taking Lin Mo seriously.

Lin Mo continued to provoke, calling him "young man" for the third time, which finally pushed Mu Che over the edge.

"I'll take care of this brat," Mu Che declared, his arrogance reaching new heights. "No one else should interfere."
