Intro chapter

I hate how I keep saying I hate in many

thoughts and sesions of mine

in the end I don't really hate anything at all

at least not completely

that just brings up unwanted emotions

emotions I haven't really felt since our separation

it's all a confusion experience for me

and now I'm starting to "document" it

all these emotions bring up many

carefree thoughts unesesary ones

keeping me up at night
