My passion for prose and publishing began in Afghanistan, 2013. In some ways, this was the defining moment for my life after the military. I was away from my family, and the kids were growing faster than ever - without me. So I decided to write a book. It was a children's story about three bears discovering a Knight in Shining Armor. I hoped the book would teach my son the life lessons I would be teaching him, had I been there. 

My career evolved quickly after I packed away my combat boots. I discovered that I had a passion for marketing. Then I discovered that passion stemmed from my interest in people, and what makes them tick. Today I explore that interest, in the form of literature.
