Edict of the Underworld: The Arrogance of the Phoenix

Ragnarok has ended and humanity has survived, but the cost was the life of the King of the Underworld, Hades.

​For the victor, the first emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang, victory tastes like ash. In an act of rebellion and deep respect, the arrogant phoenix desecrates the Laws of the Gods: he steals Hades' corpse to attempt to restore him, drawing the wrath of the entire Pantheon.

​However, fate has other plans, darker and more binding than resurrection.

​Hades does not revive as the stoic king he once was. He awakens transformed into an Enigma, an ancient and terrifying caste whose power threatens to consume the nine realms. His pheromones are a poison that bends any Alpha, and his fury is uncontrollable, except by one single presence.
