Reading back through Jasper in January, I'm so very pleased with the new direction I've taken the story. I think the characters are more distinctive, there's a deeper sense of who they are.

I've realized though, once again, newbie writer flaw. I've introduced far too many characters at once. 

The new book has Shandon Rosalind Franklin as the MC, a gritty goalie, who's just dumped her skeeze of a boyfriend for running around on her and gotten herself into a bit of a bind. 

Thankfully Dr. Littleson was on hand to help out. Who doesn't love it when doctors are right where you need them? 

Carlie, the policewoman, who doesn't trust Carson as far as she can throw him, seems to have a rather lengthy past with him, seeing how he took her sister to the prom! :O 

And a dead guy, who may or may not be connected to the story. I don't even know yet, I haven't written it!!!!
