“Very well,” Scott cut him off in his deep voice without taking his eyes off me. He walked up to me and extended his hand for a handshake. The expression on his face remained the same. “It's nice to meet you, Miss Davidson.” His lips curled into an unnatural smile.
I eyed his hand for a few seconds, then stretched out for a shake. His cold hands and fierce eyes made me shiver violently.

god I am soooooooo happy Soo much you made my day , when I started to read HLL , I was so confused why he is treating her so bad when she didn't do anything to him or I was missing anything about Their past but when the truth of his brother,his wrongdoing towards her ,how much she suffered, I was so angry with Scott , without knowing her past he was judging her , he ever supported his bastard brother, BUT when Rika woke up from coma ,she cleared all misunderstanding but again we lost Cam but in this book at first I was happy she has become stronger but sad he is not doing well , but after reading whole book , I am so happy that I was able to stay with this whole journey of this book start to end , thank you author for letting me this chance thanks dear

Nice one Author. Please add some juicy bonus chapters of what happened to the latter after some years, having another child or children. How Scott's assets were they returned to him. Their collaboration together in the movie industry. How was the relationship of Col with Scott as the years went by.
Marriage of Carnor with Rika and their child. Did they still live in the same town or have they relocated and still maintained close contact.

Nati is a bitch. she is such an ungrateful sister. she expected only her to pay for the debts. she got pregnant and did nothing to lessen her burden and insulted every time she got the chance. now praising Scott. did Scott tell her family what he and his brother did to her. and how she bear everything alone.
