Translation of the book into Spanish, publishing it in paperback with “Nova Casa Editorial” publishing house and distribution of 200 paperback copies.
*All finalists will be offered to sign a two-year agreement to make their submitted stories exclusive on Booknet and get a monetary reward of $150 after placing their stories on sale as completed books. The rewards will be given to a PayPal or Payoneer account made on the name of the participant. Finalists are the authors whose works are accepted to the contest, have been sold on bookscription exclusively on Booknet and signed as completed books, comply with the contest rules and are finished on time.
When choosing a winner, judges will take into consideration the originality of the plot, the quality of the book and the readers' engagement (views, likes and promotion of the book by the author).

We accept fictional Contemporary Romance books about contain love stories that are considered to be forbidden or are not approved by the society. Note, stories about incest, sexual content with participation of minors or severe abuse will not be accepted and will be blocked immediately on the site.

You may choose one of these scenarios or create your own that would correspond to the "Forbidden love" concept. All the events should take place nowadays.
Only novels that are being sold exclusively on bookscription can participate. The bookscription should not start earlier than April 1, 2021.
The novels may have mature content (you can find more information on this in the content guidelines on Booknet). The stories have to comply with Booknet's content guidelines.
We don't accept fanfiction, translations or not original stories. All stories must be written originally in English and have a finished plot in one book. They may be part of the series with different main characters, but can't be sequels or prequels of any other story or end on a cliffhanger. The contest is worldwide for authors over 18.
A novel's annotation (description) and tags (story about) must reflect clearly that its plot falls under the requirements above. The description of the book should mention in detail what the story is going to be about. Books with one-sentence descriptions will not be accepted. By the end of the submission period, the participating stories have to be finished on Booknet. They have to be at least 300,000 characters long (around 55, 000 words).
Before the announcement of the results, the author undertakes not to publish their work anywhere else (except samples with up to 50,000 characters) nor sell it on any other site. Novels that violate this rule will be withdrawn from the contest.
Sign up on Booknet and achieve commercial status if you still don't have it.
Publish on Booknet at least 40,000 characters of your novel (approx. 5,000 words). The video tutorial about how to publish your book on Booknet. Apply for bookscription (available only for authors with a commercial status on Booknet).
When the bookscription sale starts, go to the contest page on Booknet and submit the book. One author can add to the contest up to 3 stories. As soon as moderators review the story, it will be added to the competition. The process can take up to 5 days. Note: you cannot submit a story that has not been updated for the last 2 weeks. After the story is accepted, it must be updated regularly on Booknet till you complete it. Stories that are not being updated with 20, 000 characters per week may be withdrawn from the contest.
When you complete your novel and apply for the sale as a completed book, you will have to send an email to the contest's moderator (firstname.lastname@example.org) attaching a Word file with your completed book so that the jury can read your book. Also, attach the summary of your book that describes the plot of the book from the beginning till the end.
