The atmosphere was tense and silent. There was no noise around, everyone was waiting for an answer. Iva Williams, took a look beside the man who was standing and staring at her with cold eyes. She gulped down her nervousness and looked up still don't want to answer the question.
"Iva, it's your turn." Her mom murmured from behind her and she sighed. Her head was spinning with confusion. She wasn't ready for this.
She looked down at her diamond wedding ring and bit her lower lip, she sighed for a moment suppressing her tears underneath and then she started, " In the name of God, I, Iva Williams, take you, Antony Jonas......" She tilted her head up and looked at Antony who was staring at her with no expressions on his face but she continued. "....to be my husband, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until we are parted by death. This is my solemn vow. I do."
The officiant smiled and then continues, "Now I pronounce you, Man and wife. You may kiss the bride."
Iva's heart beat accelerated and she looked down flushing, she Never kissed anyone before and doesn't know how it works. She was obviously nervous.
Antony didn't wait for anything, he moved closer to her and grabbed her face in his hands and leans down to her lips and kissed. His lips barely touched her, she didn't even get a chance to recollect what was happening.
They stood apart when the crowd started applauding them, the newly wed. She looked down at the marble tiles and flushed. Her head was about to blast. She was worried about her future, not because she was married to a billionaire, because he didn't have interest in woman. He was a gay.
Iva, wanted to cry but suppressed her tears by faking a small smile.
