Some Questions
Hey, Bookworms!
I was interested in knowing your opinion regarding a few questions of mine. I tried cracking my questions myself but I thought the best is if I get answers directly from you all.
So, here are the questions. Let's see how it goes.
1. Which Writing Style Is Easy For You? Your Preference (1st POV, 3rd POV)
(In First POV - It is written with character's point of view, while in Third POV - It is written with author's point of view)
2. What Do You Find The Most Interesting Fact In A Book?
3. Your Personal Preferences About Main Leads? (How should they be? Example; Dominant Male/Submissive Female)
4. What Is It That Keeps You Entangled In A Book?
5. Do You Prefer Reading Erotica Or Action In A Book?
6. Do You Like To Read A Scene In Detail OR Skip Out Quick?
Alright, that's it. That's what you have to answer. I'll be more than happy to see your comment.
Do let me know.
Cheers, Much Love!

Log in1. I prefer 3rd POV.
2. The lesson and meaning behind the plot.
3. I like main leads that are intelligent, independent, and with flaws.
4. The character development and plot twists.
5. I prefer action.
6. I love to read scene in detail because if I am reading a sci-fi or fantasy book it will be easier for me, as a reader, to imagine the scene while if it is a romance book, it will be easier for meto empathize with the characters emotions.
Hayilla, Great! I consider your points, well-observed!
My answers to your questions Nina.
1: I actually like to hear both but with the majority being the characters
2: the plot
3: I personally like the characters to male dominate/ female submissive with some BDSM qualities
4: the plot them going through there trials and tribulations together but in the end they get there HEA preferably with babies( multiple, twins, triplets, heck even quads )
5: definitely Erotica the spicier and steamer the better with a lot of details
6: I like the book to be detailed so you can immerse yourself into the story a lot easier and feel like you are right there beside the characters
I hope my answers help you out have a great day my friend and stay safe!!!

Hello house, I'm just in need of a little clarification. I will like to know if it is okay to use both 1st pov and 3rd pov in a book. Thank you
Olumisin Tolulope Tinuoye, Your welcome, Olumisin!
1. Well, I like to write in 3rd POV.. but I will be trying out 1st POV very soon as I am thinking about stepping out of my comfort zone.
2. How the main leads bond.. or their character development.
3. A sweet charming male, like a good and respectful one that would make me feel like awww from the very first scene... And a brave and independent female.. a combination of these two which is a bit rare to find now :p
4. How the story turns with the twists.
5. Action :p (not much into erotica)
6. Scenes in detail make me connected to the story :)
Nina Daniel, Yaay :)
1.From 1st POV
2. The love and bond eloping between the main character
3.I just don't believe in superiority complex but given the segment I'd love the example
4.The suspense ,twist, cliffhanging , romance are my choice
5.Romantic erotica
6.Brief detail is what I prefer
You are one of the nicest author I have ever reached to...you communicate so light and easy it's just unbelievable ....You are always commandable ...I am writing this maybe it would bring the alluring smile of yours... Have a nice day one of my fav author . Sending love and kisses
Nina Daniel, Hehe
1. I love 1st POV , it helps to know more about the characters than the 3 rd POV.
2. ● Chemistry between the characters, and I should like at least one character in the story, so I can look forward to that book. ( you know in some books ml will be an asshole, fl will be so dumb / and other things. Both of them would be unlikable and it will be frustrating for me personally)
● Minimum logical plot ( I get it, sometimes plot can't be built logically but at least it should be interesting and acceptable)
And I'll define what 'interesting' to me is ' series of events doesn't always have to be unpredictable, if I can guess the events it means you have laid the foundations right and the flow of events is steady. Also, as true is that , that I hate cliffhangers, but I love to guess what's going to happen next and it draws me closer to the book and the wait only intensifies my love for the book.
● Balance between reality and fantasy. Some reality events helps us to connect more to the story also some crazy fantasies (like meeting our destined billionaire / other dimension guy) drives us crazy towards the story . So there should be a correct balance b/w these .
Precious Ria, Your comment answered many of my questions. I loved how you explained in detail.
1. I would prefer 1 POV
2. Description of the story I too feel the same
3. Dominate male and submissive female.... I like that very much
4. Twist and turns with suspense and lot of romance
5. I prefer erotica
6. With full details..... without that there is no fun in reading a book
7. I would prefer main leads Pic with that imagination would be easy and awesome
8. I would prefer virgin female lead.... you may think I stupid or whatever I myself don't know why iam think like this but I like it
Indraji, Thank you, Indraji! You were helpful!
Hey author...
1..1st POV
2..In my opinion description of the story bcoz it attracts the readers attention mostly...so description should be brief what the story is about...
3..Honestly I don't have any personal preferences bcoz I think the main leads characters depends on how the story is....
4..the story how it is presented to the readers and some suspense....
5..I prefer erotica when compared to actions bcoz it lacks interest..
6..I like to read the scenes in details..
Syeda Noorah, Thank you so much for your comment, now that I can write better!
3. My preference of main characters is mostly based on the plot of the story, I can't expect a killer to be a softie now can I? Regardless , I have certain things that I look forward to in male leads, they must be respectful (has to have values of their own) dominant and possessive ( I'm kinky lol) and definitely not some dumb shit that's blinded by arrogance and can be easily manipulated. Female leads, I like them uptight, and not someone who fall for Every man she meets . I dont care if she is submissive / innocent or tomboy as long as she carries herself well and respectful.
4. Chemistry between characters definitely and plot
5. I prefer both Erotica and action but too much of either can be boring, it has to be important in the plot, not just out of anywhere.
6. I like to read in detail to grasp the situation well, but the pace should be steady, that is plot should move along with detailed description .
The most important thing is regular updates, at least once / twice a week,
I hope it helps :)
