“Pray, my fractured angel, pray for more. Maybe I will let you ease. Perhaps I will let you win,” he laughed while hunting me in the woods. He ran after me with his scythe and arrows, but he wasn't the death. He is the master of it.

“Pray to me,” his voice echoed through the silent woods, it twisted my gut, but I refused to surrender. He knew he was the king of doom. My feet took me far, far enough from him, but I should’ve realized that I had been marked a long time ago by the devil, by his dark forces and his twisted ominous desires.

He was close. I could feel it. While I ran, he enjoyed the hunt. I hid behind a bush, grinning, thinking I won, but I should’ve known better, “You shouldn’t have prayed to the devil, darling,” was all he said, "Will you wear the gown of skeletons with blood dripping down it?" He asked, picking me up.

"You wanted a wedding? I will give you one, but a red wedding," he smirked, crawling into the hellhole. I said nothing. As he grabbed onto my hips, I succumbed to his every wish. His eyes hypnotized me, and I tried to break out of his dark spell, but the allure of his darkness was too strong. His warm body heated my insides, and his lips were sin, and I wanted to drink every bit of it. I never wanted to taste poison so severely. As his lips touched mine, my skin burned, and the venom dripping down his tongue tasted so good and as his tongue slithered in me as that of a reptile. I forgot that he asked with his ophidian-tongue, “Will you offer your throat willingly to the devil with a red rose?” and I smiled.
