Questions about Inspiration Ideas

I was asked by a reader about what inspired the story.  Without much thinking I said 'To writed something I'd wanna read'.  I've been around for a bit now.  I liked Johnny Quest and The Nightstalker when I was a kid.  I also liked the Star Trek cartoon and Scooby Doo  which I get compared too but the 'dog and wierd group of kids' was a thing where I was raised in Europe.  'The Speedy Arrows' was a series of book in the Czech Republick back then.  There were mysteries and rival gangs and this group of kids used whit and teamwork to rise to the challenges in the story. What I liked was that there was a rationale for every mystery that you could suss out if you read the clues right.  I feel them when I write about Van Mystiq.

The story started as a screenplay, which I am developiing in parallel.  I think I will try my hand at adding audio book segments and see if people would like it.  I fancied that if it never becomse a movie I could at least make a decent radio show.

As far as the future goes, I have 3 books in the works and 5 more outlines.  It's a long story and yes I will finally explain who the Sasquatchi are. The scheme of the bad guy may give you nightmares.  The villain in this story scares me and I've been shot at in anger.  So that's saying something.

I'll be as devoted to you my readers, as I can.  Sometimes you have clean carpets to keep fed and writing.
