The Last Virgin in Los Angeles

Hello! Here's a new free book for your enjoyment: a young actress moves to Hollywood and falls in love with a jaded Hollywood producer who plays hard-to-get.

Here's the blurb:

Kiki Price is in Hollywood and ready for her big break. All right, fine: she lives in Burbank, which is twenty minutes outside of Hollywood, and she hasn't had any luck with any of her auditions, but she's on her way. Kind of. At least she has moved on from Friday Harbor, a little island town off the coast of Washington State, where she once lived with her mother and two younger brothers. She needed to break free and live in the real world.

After she flubs up her first big audition, Kiki despairs and doubts her own talent. While looking forward to getting home and ugly-crying in front of her cousin's plasma TV, she walks straight into Adam Norwood, the new owner of the production company that will be financing the film she just auditioned for.

A jaded Londoner who is used to women throwing themselves at him, Adam finds himself fascinated with the impudent little chit who gets in his way and dares to mouth off to him. Doesn't she know who he is? Obviously not, if her behavior toward him were any indication. He gets ready to dismiss her from his mind, but when he sees her audition video, he finds himself drawn to her. Oh, she's all wrong for the film she auditioned for, but he could find something for her...

When Kiki hears from the big-shot producer she recently picked a fight with, she wishes herself dead. Oh, she's blown it for good. She'll never work in this town again! But when Adam asks her out on a date, she is too shocked to say anything else but yes.

Her cousin Alita warns her about these sophisticated Hollywood types, that they only want one thing from a girl like her, so she has to play hard-to-get. He's probably used to snapping his fingers and getting any woman he wants, so Kiki needs to make it a challenge for him. As if she wouldn't! She hasn't stayed a virgin this long just so she could squander it on a gorgeous rich guy with a hot British accent!

But Kiki doesn't know that it's her guilelessness and lack of artifice that attracted Adam. He'd kept himself celibate for a year because he got bored of the same old in-and-out routine. The idea of delayed gratification excites him, especially with a prize like Kiki.

But as Kiki gets to know Adam, her own needs come to life. Suddenly, she can't get enough of him: his kisses, his touch, the weight of his body on hers. The virgin wants more.

This time, however, Adam wants to play for keeps and he's not going to allow a formerly shy little miss dissuade him from his goal...
