"My room is flooded and I told this lady to change the room, but she said all the other rooms are filled up? What kind of place is this?" She was irritated and that could be heard in her voice.

"Miss change her room, we will pay double for the new room."

"Sir, I wish I can help but like I told her, it's summer, people are here for vacations so the rooms are filled up. You are our last guests for this week. I will let the room be fixed for her. I am so sorry for the inconvenience."

"Okay so how long will it take to fix the room?"
