A brief book description:

Rishab Das, the bridegroom, has been murdered on the night of his engagement in a temple at Secunderabad.
Detective Mayur Varma is asked by Rishab’s father to investigate the crime. Mayur interviews Rishab’s relatives and gathers clues around the temple. He along with his junior Aisha Mishra and Inspector Prakash Malhotra find that the mystery is deeper than they have thought.
Mayur understands Rishab had more enemies than friends. Rishab’s family members and his in-laws had a motive as they opposed Rishab’s inter-caste marriage. Rishab’s business colleagues hold a grudge as Rishab cheated on them in their business. His fiancee, Vanita Sinha, had betrayed her boyfriend, who vowed vengeance against her.
While Mayur investigates the case, the killer commits two more murders making the investigator’s task even more difficult.
