Hello everyone, 

The certain few months were the epitome of bad experience for me. Some of them are explicable and others are not. Whole and whole, they ruined the writing experience for me. I couldn't keep up with the updates and deliver as such I had wanted to. There's no one to blame though. I had to balance somehow everything and the passion to write was lost there. But, I finally found my feet back again. The Royal Romance finished here but the story is not. There's a life changing accident has happened in the epilogue which will carry forward their journey to the throne and beyond. 

(To those whom the chapters are not visible. Please keep patience, I've applied for the editing. Once that is submitted, you'd see the remaining correct chapters again. I will try to finish that today itself as we've two days off on the platform due to weekend.)

Ranvijay stared down at the baby nestled in Matsyaa's lap with disgust and hatred in his eyes. His jaw clenched to the point of breaking when she saw his wife slipping her warm palm over his curled fist and opening his fingers one by one. 

 

"Ranvijay, please don't be mad at me. I love you." She said weakly, looking at him with her expectant eyes and he stood up, pulling his hand from her grip. 

 

"No. You can't expect this from me, Matsyaa. I can do anything for you but not this. I will never accept him."

 

"He needs us, Ranvijay." 

 

"But I need you more." Ranvijay roared, startling both Matsyaa and the baby with his loud voice. Matsyaa hid the infant in her arms, trying to protect him from Ranvijay's wrath. "I almost died watching you like that and who got you here? Who got us here? He! This cursed little piece of shit." 

 

"He is our son, Ranvijay. He is yours. Please…" 

 

"He is not mine, Matsyaa. He can never be mine. I hate him. He is the reason why we lost…" Ranvijay closed his eyes, feeling his eyes getting wet and shook his head. "He is bad news, Matsyaa. I will not let him stay near you." 

 

He stormed out of the room, leaving behind his broken wife without giving her a backward glance. Matsyaa felt her heart sinking into her stomach with a finality in his tone.

 

She shushed the wailing baby, kissing his cheek and tucking his face in her chest. "How will I save you this time, baby?" She mumbled, gazing at the door. "How will I make your father accept you?" She sniffed and kissed the face of her son, wiping his hot, fresh tears, "But, I won't stop. I promise you that. Your father will have to accept you or he'll lose both of us." 

Someone has come to create a storm in their life again. And, this time, it's their own son. Or, perhaps, there's someone else? Comment below your thoughts.
