Second post - Your advice for my friend
Second post - Topic Please Give Positive Comment about my friend who wants to do internship but fear about her current degree works.
My friend, full time student, is selected in an outer internship. But she asked about the timing of the training and internship. The internship member said that they will adjust the timing for her because her college works and her parents who nag her to help with their mobile doubts. They will look at her laptop or mobile like a spy. She worries that she would miss her internship classes because of her college homework. I said you shouldn’t apply for the internship, if she have fear like this. She says, it is her final way to apply, learn and find job for her future before her parents find her match who was looking for alliance (still looking , not found yet). Her parents are ready to marry her off before she completes her current degree. Her family and relative advice her , “If her in-laws says no working after marriage, don’t work. Take care of home and house chores.”
My friend wanted to be independent and work in a job as she always saw her parents fight from her young age because her mother is too much dependent on her father for financial support. Her parents didn’t know that she is applying for the internship. If they know , they will reject her and increase the search of alliance.
What is your advice for her?
(It is not a real person but as a friend what are your advices for him/ her?)

Log inIt's a relief to know this is not happening to a real person. I've read some real-life stories where the woman had to give up her studies and become a houseworker in the man's family. One particular story I read in Quora struck me-- she was 19 when she was forced to get married. The in-laws promised she could continue her studies afterwards--which didn't happen. Instead she became a housewife and a maid in an abusive household. It took her years to get out of the marriage safely with her children.
Education is one key in attaining independence. I'd say seek other sources of support and go for the internship.
