Another Update - Werewolf's Bane

Hello, 

Today I made another update to Werewolf's Bane. The update adds more to the first chapter, filling out the backstory and further dialogue. I'm also moving some of the material in the later chapters up into their proper places to solidify the plotline I see emerging in the work.

I can see how frustrating these types of updates might be for a reader. I might start adding on new material to the end, as well as the internal rearrangements. 

Part of the reason I chose to write this way is to show my thought process and how the story morphs over time. It also shows I'm not rewriting someone else's work because no one, and I mean no one, edits as much as I do unless they do it to earn money.

Doing updates this way also allows me to update regularly and hopefully form more connections within the community. 

I also have to apologize for being absent over the last while. I've written a 5900-page children's book entitled Mewok Goes to Mew York, which I'm currently querying a traditional publishing house for. 

In the midst of all this, I'm also a grandmother raising trauma impacted grandchildren—one of which I'm homeschooling. Priorities also shifted when my husband lost his job at the end of December.

Usually, I wouldn't share such heavy things, but someone I connected with said that sharing is vital for connection.

At any rate, I know other women write here who are hardworking single moms, others living in difficult circumstances, or are worried about the state of their country. I think about these things, too, and my prayers are with you.
