“Marry me.”

In the morning, after they had breakfast, she followed him to his study. This is what he said after they faced each other on the couch.

Last night, she didn’t expect that she would sleep straight through. Maybe because she’s no longer worried about how he’ll react…

Right now, what they needed to do is come to an agreement how to handle this matter. She gaped at him upon hearing his words.

“Uh, how is that a solution? That’s not necessary, is it?” She’s firm on this. They don’t need to get married.

Klyde frowned at her. Well, he can’t say he didn’t expect her to oppose. This is within his predictions.

He deeply stared at her before responding, “It’s not exactly what I want but if Pops hears about this, he would surely demand it’s done.”
