All three were beautiful but what caught his eyes was the third one shown to him. It was the only one that made him smile and made him want to marry Riley right away. The oval diamond three- stone ring seemed perfect for her and it in a way defined her personality: simple but nice.

"I will get that." He pointed to the beautifully made ring which caused a fortune and in no time it was boxed in a little ring box for him.

He kept his smile on, the thought of the flowers long gone. His current sweetheart was the ring and he didn't fail to admire it as he made his way to his car. He had opened the small box and was intensely staring at it when all of a sudden he bumped into a soft yet firm body. The box in his hands fell from the impact of the collision. The ring fell out, rolling further away.

"I am so sorry sir!" the lady who bumped into him pleaded in a sweet soft voice.

"You should watch where you are going woman!" He bawled, without raising his head to look at her. His eyes were on the ring and run to it. He took it and cleaned it desperately on his suit before putting it back into the box. From the corner of his eyes, he saw the lady still standing there staring at him.

He turned his head and for the first time, he made eye contact with her. Her blue eyes were balling into his gray ones for a brief second.

"I-I am so-rry sir." She said again, earning a scoff from him before he walked off.
