I think they will still be friends no matter what, because they have come too far and turning their backs against each other is a no no.

May be they will clash on certain point but eventually they will come together because that's what bff's are for
Surely Lia is caring person in hazel life but sometimes bestfriend need to rescue other friend and one can go at any limit to ensure the safety of other.. so it'll be a happy ending for both of them :)
