Lesson about covers on Reddit and a new contest
The Booknet Academy’s lesson about book covers is released and a new contest has begun in the Booknet Community on Reddit.
Did you know that the cover is an important sales and advertising tool for your book on Booknet? And that it’s the first thing that catches the reader’s eye?
Whether you’re designing the cover yourself or hiring someone to do it for you, there are some rules of thumb you can follow to make a great first impression with your book cover.
Today we released the lesson in text form in our community on Reddit. Yes! Booknet has its own community on this popular social platform. In honor of this event we offer you to participate in the new Booknet contest and win a promotional banner for any of your free or paid books!
Rules
1. Join Booknet Community on Reddit
2. ‘Like’ our lesson and other 3 posts
3. Read carefully our lesson about book covers and let us know in the comments: what covers do you prefer for your books and why? Do not forget to add your Booknet username.
On November 7 we will choose 3 winners that will receive a promotional banner with 750, 500, and 250 clicks for any of their stories published on Booknet. All the banners will be provided by Booknet.
Please note
- Video version of the lesson will be uploaded on our Youtube channel after a while.
- Results of our Halloween short stories contest can be found on this page.
