I read some comments about When Love Takes Another Turn and two comments made me want to do this.

Why should Nora have ended up with the girl that broke her heart? Why should she have given him a second chance considering how hurt she was? Why did I make Nora end up with Michael instead of Kelvin or Diego?

Michael loves Nora without knowing it. He was scared of being committed and based on the kind of person he is, he felt like if he couldn't have sex with her, there is no way the relationship would go anywhere. Even when he hurt her, he did it because he felt like that was the only way. Remember that he said good things about Nora just that she wasn't his type at least that's what he thought.

Kelvin loves Nora, true. Diego loves Nora, true but who does Nora love?

She felt like despite all the hurt and everything, she could just move on but when you truly love someone wholeheartedly, it won't be easy no matter how many times the person has hurt you.

Why did I make Nora end up with Michael?

In most stories, Nora would have ended up with Diego or Kelvin.

But in my story, I made Nora end up with Michael to prove that everyone deserves a second chance as long as they are willing to change.

Michael was willing to change for her, why shouldn't he be given a second chance?

He went to confess his wrongs making him end up in prison, why did he do that? Because he realized that she was the one for him. He didn't want to be seen as the perfect guy. He wanted people to accept him for his flaws and imperfections.

If you don't give people second chances, how do you know if they are willing to change or not?

No matter who has wronged you, as long as they come back begging and are willing to change, please give them a second chance.

If you are not okay with the way I wrote it, I hope this is enough to show why.

Not all stories that start the same will end up the same.
