Dark Romance, Werewolf, Supernatural, Sci-Fi
Alice Burgenshore, Dark Romance: There is not always light at the end of the tunnel. Sometimes the bad guys are the good guys.
Werewolf: I love reading non-modern tropes outside the box. A boy might meet a girl, but they have to work to figure life out. (see “The Day They Emerged” for an example.
Supernatural: What if the things that go bump in the night are real? I enjoy all aspects of supernatural lore, vamps, wolves, mages/druids, shifters like werecats and bears, ghosts, and even Fae bring that what-if reality.
Sci-Fi: Yes, please. I want to believe in a future where science and reality can better mankind.
I hope this helps. I have strange tastes.
