The Secrets Hidden In The Scars: Chapter 36

Hiya, everyone! I’ve just uploaded Chapter 36 from my book "The Secrets Hidden In The Scars". This time, I suggest you check out some sentimental moments, long speeches in the style of soap operas, and a couple of unplanned love moment that were born accidentally. However, because tomorrow is Valentines’ Day, may they stay in the text. Moreover, I noticed that I didn’t have too many of them in my works. Though, there were moments when I thought I kind of overdid it. But I eventually overdid something different…

Anyway, I'd be madly happy if you liked this book, added it to your library and told me what you think of the storyline and the characters' actions. I hope you would't lose your interest for my book and would read it until the very end. My English is not perfect, but I'm doing my best to make my texts more or less readable.

And yeah, I have a little event, for which I was getting ready to publish a new chapter. One year ago, on February, 13th, I published the first chapter of my debut book called «The Sins Of The Past». One year ago, another author with the pen name Estrella Rose was born. Oh, God… I can’t believe it's been so much time. That I’m finishing the work on the third book and going to start editing my fourth one soon. Can I say there are some results? No, I don’t! I’ve reached nothing! I’m going to be honest, I’ve done nothing for the past year. Though, it doesn’t stop me, and I continue to publish my works. Yes, fame and money is a good bonus, of course. But first of all, I write and publish my works for myself. I love them with tons of shortcomings that they have. Anyway, I write what I like. What I’d like to make real at least in a piece of paper/in a Word document. And maybe, not everyone likes them, but I will continue to do what I like. And I hope that I will reach for something that I will be talking about on my accounts with true pride.

And lastly, I’m leaving a super short snippet from the new chapter:

“Friends, say honesty, is your reconciliation not the only reason why you came here?” Terrence asks thoughtfully, crossing his arms over his chest and squinting his eyes slightly.

“Yes, do you want to say something else?” Raquelle asks quietly.

Natalia and Edward share a hesitant, little scared look and move it to Terrence and Raquelle.

“Actually, yes…” Natalia raises her head a little. “There’s something.”

“Damn, just don’t tell us you got in trouble that’d be the reason why we might suffer seriously,” Terrence frowns strongly.

“Or you did something again,” Raquelle puts her hands on her lips.

“No, no, don’t worry, we didn’t get into anything,” Edward shakes his head and glances down for a second, clenching his hand into a fist with a heavy breath. “Erm… Actually, I want to say something. To you, Terrence. And you, Raquelle. I came here to talk to you about something.”

Terrence and Raquelle look at each other questioningly and frown slightly when they move their eyes to Edward.

“Erm, yeah, sure,” Raquelle shrugs. “Speak. What do you want to say?”

“Yes, we’re listening to you,” Terrence adds quietly.
