Take Me, Melinoe Update (chapter 12)

(An excerpt from Chapter 12)

Melinoe's point of view~

There, I found Chris lying on a bed with red sheets. His eyes were open but seems like he's not actually conscious. I also found wizardry potions and equipments scattered around that area.

I immediately looked at the girl and saw her shocked reaction. 

"I.. didn't mean to bring him here. He just.. went inside my house and I let him lay there." she anxiously stated which I believe she just made up.

Chris rose up from the bed and slowly walk like a robot being controlled towards the girl. 

"Chris, what are you doing?"

He caressed the girl's face and hair while the girl hugged him tight. She must be the witch!

"He says I'm beautiful.. and he wanna stay with me forever." the girl said in a pretentiously angelic voice.

This is stupid! She knew that I can't attack her with Chris by her side.

I felt the presence of my uncle at my back, I saw him when I turned around. This is a trap!

"I won't lose this chance to get you back home, my dear."

What would I do now?

"Krypta, go ahead and take him with you." My uncle commanded the witch, so they quickly teleported to wherever.

"No! You can't do that--"

Delium choked me using his power which I quickly pushed away with all my might, so it bounced back to him and pushed him a little.

I'll fight my uncle, but how about Chris?
