As you have noticed, this month the Booknet application on Play Market was not available for download and now we want to explain why and what is the solution. Some authors have given the exclusive rights to their books to other platforms and decided to publish them for free here on Booknet. In this way, instead of solving the rights problem with the authors, the literary platform in question decided to send the complaint to Google and during the case review process, Google hid the Booknet application in PlayMarket.

Does this mean that Booknet will not have the app on the PlayMarket?

No, it doesn't. The application will be available for download on PlayMarket after the case review, it can last from 1 week to 1 month.

So for now we can only use the web/mobile version?

You can download the Booknet application file from the web version. Possibly, the security system of your device will give you the warning about "the suspicious file" since the download from PlayMarket is not carried out but do not worry, the file is safe.

Is the app safe to download?

Yes, it is. The application is the same one that users downloaded from PlayMarket.

How can I download the application on the mobile device?

The procedure is very simple. Go to the bottom of the mainpage booknet.com from your mobile browser and press the icon get it on Google Play. Then you need to accept the download.
