Hi, guys! As you know, I believe as a reader and a writer, we all have to collaborate. Right? As you read my first story, I believe you imagine how these characters, beasts, and magical people look like. I would like you to share them to me and don't worry I will not and NEVER claim them as my own. As a budding writer, I just need to know how you visualize (in your own way) the vision I have for the story. For example, right now I am doing worldbuilding and although my cousin is helping me with the art concepts (who did the cover art by the way), it just feels a different kind of connection if you - the ones reading my story - are willing to share your ideas too!
Right now, I ask you guys, if you were to name Queerah's familiar, what would it be? And, since the familiar is a sphinx (no wings yet), would you share how you imagine it to be?

Log inI can't draw to save my life, but names in conjuction with Egyptian culture is surprisingly a skill I have (my first character I ever created was an Egyptian goddess brought to modern day to reverse a fulfilled prophecy). So, to name this familiar, I have a particular love for the name Mariasha. Close seconds are Seth, Nailah, Kissa, Ebonique, Layla, and Odion. And if you're inclined, Mariasha, Nailah, and Ebonique can have shortened versions (Maria/Marie, Nile, and Ebony). Hope that helps.
