“You’re beginning to act like Mel. People would think you’re only in your early thirties. It’s good to have a younger wife.” Though he would admit, he was also worried by their initial pairing.

Klyde set his son on the carpeted floor and his nanny approached with toys. They played with the boy who’s as cheery as his mother. His laughter kept them all smiling.

“Ah, it’s good he didn’t inherit your poker face.” Enrico poked fun at his grandson.

Klyde rolled his eyes, “That’s not inherited.”

“Don’t teach him, then.” The old man grumbled. He wouldn’t be happy if this little guy grows up to be similar to his father.

Mel grinned, “I won’t let him. Klay won’t be a jerk. Right, baby?” She cooed and the boy responded with a babble.

In front of his grandfather, Klyde didn’t dare to do those childish things. Mel noticed and she laughed at the inside joke until her stomach hurts. The old man kept asking what’s funny but never told him.

“Fine. You youngsters have secrets of your own.” He could tell it’s clearly between the two of them, as Klyde wore a gentle smile while watching her wife laugh.
