Facebook Page for the American site
Hello Fellow Writers,
There has been a lot of talk about setting up a Writer's Community. I had contacted litnet about Community Boards but was informed that they don't do them but instead have Facebook Pages for each of the language versions of litnet. So I've asked to create one for the English version and they agreed.
So without further adieu, Here is the Facebook Page for the Writing Community of the English version of litnet.
https://www.facebook.com/LitnetAuthors/
You can also look it up easily by @LitnetAuthors
Your support in helping it grow by Liking and Following the page is much appreciated.
This Page will be primarily for exchanging resources, writing tips, getting news on what's new with authors and litnet. Also, it will be a space that will further promote litnet authors in addition to the Litnet Facebook page.
Now, there have been discussions in other blogs about space where we can create a Writer's Club. This Facebook page can offer a Group page but it will need moderators.
I am in need of your assistance with writing my current 3 WIPS, running now the Facebook Authors Page and soon ( September ) homeschooling my two sons. I can not run both the Page and the Group.
So if you are serious about wanting to have a group where you can get to know one another better and all the great things that Goodness had mentioned in her blog, we can make that happen but I will need your help.
I would like to have at least 2 - 3 moderators so it's not so much of a time burden on any one person because let's face it we are here to write first and foremost and for most of us that time is limited and rather precious.
If you have any interest in becoming a moderator of the Group let me know in the comments below.

Log inHey fellow writers, I'm really hyped about the club! Except, well... I don't use facebook for some reasons. Is there any way of setting this club on instagram, please?
Hello. I was thinking it would be nice to randomly choose a participant of our Facebook writers club book to spotlight and do an interview with the author. Even allow members to send in questions to ask during the interview. What do you think?
Awesome!! Thx
Anyone interested in joining our Litnet writers group needs to let us know how to find you on Facebook so we can invite you to join as it is a closed member group:)
AnnaRCase, If you let them know if they join the Facebook page Litnet Authors they can be invited to the page once you guys are all set with your content.
Sure. I will assume that responsibility.
Vijay Kerji, Awesome!
I can help if needed
HypGothic, It'll calm down some once everything is in place. I'm just happy with the response so far. It's been pretty great!
Yay!
Ruechari, yes!
I'm so happy the Fb page is up and running. Thanks Ruechari for making that happen. It's so nice to connect with all of you wonderful writers.
Roza Csergo, Thanks for following. It's nice to see you there. It should be fun building this community together.
Hi, Rue. If you still need some help, I'm here. Let me know.
Emma Swan, I'll send you an invite.
I can volunteer to be a Co moderator to Anna as well. I think Vijay should take the remaining vote
Ruechari, I'm following your foot steps *winks*
Congrats guys!
Ruechari, Thanks will do
I would do it as a comoderator, but definitely unable to take on the full responsibility.
AnnaRCase, Thank you so MUCH! I agree it would be too much to handle for just one person. I am hoping for 2 more volunteers to co-moderate with you and if we get them I will create the Writer's Club Group page. So here's hoping : ) Thanks for being the first to volunteer.
