3 Easy steps to deal with Troll on Booknet
3 EASY STEPS TO HANDLE A TROLL
STEP ONE: Do not engage the person leaving inappropriate comments.
STEP TWO: Delete all offending comments immediately. Even if you delete them Litnet can still read them.
STEP THREE: Contact Litnet Support. It may take up to 24 hours for them to respond.
RESULT: The Troll will be banned from commenting and posting on Litnet.
You can find the link to Booknet Support at the bottom of the page under INFORMATION. The SUPPORT & CONTACT US button will take you to a fillable form that will allow you to inform Booknet right away should you see or experience trolling.
